Ø     Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned.

Ø     I give you blessings. Happiness is up to you.

Ø     Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

Ø     I asked God to make my spirit grow.

l       我求天主使我靈性成長！

Ø     God said, No.

l       天主回答：「不」。

Ø     You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you fruitful.

l       你應該要自我成長，而我會修剪你讓你結實纍纍。

Ø     I asked for all things that I might enjoy life.

l       我求我能在所有的事情上享受生命！

Ø     God said, No.

l       天主回答：「不」。

Ø     I will give you life so that you may enjoy all things.

l       我賦予你生命讓你能夠享受所有的事情。

Ø     I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as he loves me.

l       我求天主幫助我「愛」他人，就如同祂愛我一樣！

Ø     God said...Ahhhh, finally you have the idea.

       天主回答：「…嗯！」，你終於開竅了！
