A newly arrived soul in Heaven was met by St. Peter. The saint toured the soul around Heaven. Both of them walked side by side inside a large workroom filled with angels. St. Peter stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is The Receiving Section. Here, all the petitions to God said in prayer are received".

一個靈魂剛到天堂遇到了聖伯鐸，聖人帶他參觀了天堂，他們一同進入了一間大型的工作室，其中擠滿了天使，聖伯鐸停在第一個區域說：「這是接收區，在這裡，所有在祈禱中向天主的祈求，都收集到這裡。」

The soul looked at the section, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets from all the people of the world.

靈魂見到在這區域，天使非常忙碌地分類，將所有來自世界各地的祈求紀錄下來。

They walked again until they reached the 2nd section, and St. Peter told the soul, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section". Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are packed and delivered to the persons who asked for them down on earth." The soul saw how busy it was. There were so many angels working in that room, since so many blessings were being packed and delivered to Earth.

他們繼續走到第二個區域，聖伯鐸告訴靈魂說：「這裡是包裝及傳送區。將恩寵及祝福包裝好，傳送給每一個在世上祈求的人。」靈魂見到仍是有許多的天使擠在這個區域，非常地忙碌，因為有許多的祝福，被包裝好了要傳送到世上。

Finally at the farthest corner of the room, the soul stopped at the last section. To the surprise of the soul, only one angel stayed there idly, doing nothing.

最後來到工作室的一個角落，他們來到最後的一個區域，這個靈魂十分驚訝，只有一個天使閒置在那裡，無事可做。

"This is the Acknowledging Section," St. Peter told the soul.

聖伯鐸告訴靈魂說：「這是回覆區。」

"How is it that, there is no work here?"

靈魂說：「為什麼這裡無事可做？」

"That's the sad thing," St. Peter answered. "After the people received the blessings they asked for, very few send their acknowledgments".

聖伯鐸回答說：「可悲的是，在人們收到所求的祝福後，很少有人回覆。」

"How does one acknowledge God's blessing?"

靈魂說：「要如回覆天主的祝福呢？」

"Simple," St. Peter answered. "Just say, "'Thank you, Lord'."

聖伯鐸回答說：「很簡單，只要說：『主！感謝祢！』」

Thank you Lord, for giving me the chance to share this message with others and also, for giving me so many wonderful people to share this with.
